registered office in Opole, contact: RODO@sbbenergy.com (hereinafter referred to as the
"Employer") is the controller of your personal data.
Your personal data are processed in connection with participation in the recruitment process for the purpose of conducting the
recruitment and possible subsequent employment.
Recipients of your personal data may also be entities providing services to the Employer in the field of IT, HR and payroll services,
and medical examinations.
Your personal data will be stored:
- for up to 30 days from the end of the recruitment process for which you applied to work for the Employer if you have not consented
to the processing of data for further recruitment purposes;
- for up to 12 months from the date of application if you have consented to the processing of data for future recruitment purposes.
Please be informed:
- you are authorized to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time with regard to data processed on the
basis of consent; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out before the withdrawal of
consent;
- you have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectify them (Art. 16 GDPR), to erase data (Art. 17 GDPR), and the right
to restrict data processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
- you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection;
- providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent participation in the recruitment process;
