  • Places of logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can be read only on the target server.

Your rights and additional information on how data is used:

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the site
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator are not longer than necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. accounting regulations). Regarding marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:

    • their correction,
    • deletion,
    • processing restrictions,
    • and data transfer.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) to the processing of personal data to perform legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, but the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular determining, pursuing, or defending claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint about the Administrator’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to operate the service.
  7. In relation to you, actions may be taken involving automated decision-making, including profiling, to provide services under the concluded contract and for the direct marketing carried out by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

Information in forms:

  1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The website may save information about the connection parameters (time designation, IP address).
  3. The website, in some cases, may save information facilitating linking data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., to process a service request or commercial contact, registration of services, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is for.

Significant Marketing Techniques: The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
